If you're having issues or spot something wrong (griefing, bugs, etc.):

  1. Use the in-game ticket system - Send a message directly to staff from Minecraft:

    /ticket MESSAGE

    This will send your message to our #in-game-help-desk channel in Discord where staff can see it and respond to you in-game.

    Example:

    /ticket Someone destroyed my base, can someone take a look please?
    Info

    You don't need to be in our Discord server to use this command - staff will respond to you directly in-game!

  2. Join our Discord (optional) - While not required, being in our Discord server can help with faster communication and community support.
